Founded by Certified Sommelier Lauren Gay, Joui was created to share a passion for great wine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Chef Dane is a Dayton-based chef and restaurateur helping shape the city’s growing food culture. As the owner of Culture Restaurant and Nood Bar 937, he brings bold flavors, global inspiration, and a strong sense of community to downtown Dayton.
Culture Restaurant showcases creative, chef-driven cuisine with seasonal ingredients and inventive dishes, while Nood Bar 937 offers vibrant noodle bowls and Asian-inspired comfort food in a casual, energetic setting.
Through both restaurants, Chef Dane has created spaces where people come together to enjoy great food and experience the evolving culinary scene of the Gem City.
